The DAISY Foundation announces two grant opportunities. These grants are open to all nurses and nurse-led teams. Grant amounts are up to $7,500 for clinical research and up to $2,500 for EBP.

Health Equity Grants: We are eager to support your delivery of patient- and family-centered care of disadvantaged populations. So today we introduce a new grant program to fund nursing research and evidence-based practice (EBP) projects designed to address social determinants of health aimed at improving health outcomes. We are gathering an esteemed panel of grant reviewers who will guide us in ensuring we support studies and projects that will deliver meaningful impact and outcomes.

  • EBP projects that develop, implement, and evaluate changes in nursing practice aimed at improving health outcomes of patients, families, communities affected by social determinants of health
  • Clinical research studies that directly benefit health outcomes of patients and/or families affected by social determinants of health.
