Donations Requested by Feb. 4 to Create Street Survival Kits for Neighbors in Need

The Staff Council Community Engagement Workgroup is sponsoring a service initiative to create street survival kits for individuals experiencing homelessness. Completed kits will be provided to the UMB Police Department for distribution as they work in the community.
Donations Needed: Help neighbors in need by donating items to help us meet our goal of making 100 street survival kits. Sign up to donate by Tuesday, Feb. 4. Drop your items off in Room 612 no later than Friday, Feb. 7.
Save the Date: Join us to assemble the kits on Tuesday, Feb. 18, 10:30 a.m–noon. Email Sarah Hokenmaier to RSVP to help with assembly.
