FloJean Speck, director of the LOCATE: Child Care program at the Maryland Family Network, will be featured in a free virtual webinar sponsored by the University of Maryland, Baltimore Employee Assistance Program at 3 p.m. Oct. 13.
Speck is a graduate of Goucher College with a certificate in the Management of Change from Johns Hopkins University, Carey School of Business. She is a passionate advocate for young children, parents, and child care providers.
