How to Report COVID-19 Potential Exposure Concerns
March 11, 2020The Office of Environmental Health and Safety has created an online form for members of the UMB community to use to report a concern about potential exposure to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
The forms will be reviewed several times a day, with the goal of responding within a day to submissions requiring a response. The site is not constantly monitored.
We will ask you for your name and contact information so that the right UMB health and safety professional can follow up if necessary to obtain more information. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER ANY NAMES BESIDES YOUR OWN.
NOTE: If you are feeling sick with fever and/or upper respiratory symptoms (sore throat or cough), do not come to work or school. If you are at work or school, make arrangements to go home and distance yourself from others. If you have these symptoms along with SHORTNESS OF BREATH, you should seek medical evaluation. If you are a student at UMB, call UM Immediate Care at 667-214-1899. If you are UMB staff or faculty, call your family doctor.
