The Office of Philanthropy has assembled a list of current use funds that have become critical to UMB’s fight against COVID-19.
Gift support to address this substantial challenge is welcome and may be directed to any of the following purposes:
• Unrestricted support for use at the UMB president's discretion, in order to meet unmet and emerging needs
• Specific assistance for the Center for Vaccine Development and Global Health
• Specific assistance for the Institute of Human Virology
• Emergency support for UMB students facing food insecurity, housing issues, and other difficulties
• Food for UMB employees on the front lines and support for small businesses in West Baltimore
