Practicing as a nurse requires a strong foundation of resilience and integrity to meet the inevitable adversities that arise in health care. Many nursing students and new-to-practice nurses are unprepared to meet those challenges in ways that preserve well-being and integrity. The R3 Resilient Nurses Initiative has launched an inclusive dialogue using the WikiWisdom platform to address this gap and identify actionable solutions. Cynda Rushton, PhD, RN, FAAN, will present on the initiative.
