The Maryland Association of Nursing Students (MANS) will host a Q&A on Tuesday, Nov. 16 at 6 p.m.
MANS is a student-run state nursing student organization. The purpose of MANS is to bring together nursing students from all over Maryland enrolled in initial registered nurse licensure programs. The consultants and Dr. Marianne Eichenberger mentor students to prepare them for future leadership positions. Students are voted into positions on the MANS Board of Directors and will attend monthly meetings and host an annual state nursing student convention. Students are encouraged and provided the opportunity to participate in the mid-year and annual National Student Nurses Association Conventions, in Nurses Night in Annapolis with the Maryland Nurses Association and develop resolutions contributing to advances in nursing education.
