Promise Heights now publishes monthly newsletters featuring a collection of stories about initiatives it is leading in Upton/Druid Heights.

The Aug. 4 edition profiled newly appointed program management specialist Samirah Abdul-Fattah, who is leading a Department of Justice-funded initiative to mobilize community-based crime-reduction teams. In addition, Promise Heights Early Childhood team shares its new methods of adapting to the pandemic in response to COVID-19, and a new community school director is introduced.
