Scholarships and Discounts to Live at Fayette Square Apartments at UMB Housing
August 03, 2021The University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) looks forward to welcoming additional students back to campus and UMB Housing as the in-person presence continues to increase in anticipation of the fall semester. As you continue to consider your housing options, check out UMB Housing. Scholarships and/or discounts are available for new applicants and licenses entering into an annual contract to live at Fayette Square Apartments.
On-campus housing is still available at Fayette Square Apartments — part of UMB Housing. New applicants and licensees can receive a scholarship and/or discounts to live in Fayette Square: 12 months for the price of nine months by applying and signing a housing license between July 13, 2021, and Aug. 31, 2021. Your license dates would be Aug. 2, 2021, to July 22, 2022.
Fayette Square and Pascault Row are the only housing options offered by UMB. There are many benefits and conveniences associated with living in UMB Housing. For example, UMB Housing options include fully furnished apartments, a variety of floor plans, all utilities included, walking distance to classes, only for UMB students and affiliates, secured access buildings, pet friendly, a gym, and a variety of floor plan options. Security features include a 24/7 housing office, secured access buildings, video-camera surveillance, a gated community at Fayette Square, and UMB Police and security patrols.
