A new process and form (below) has been created for UMSON faculty and staff to streamline help requests for campus facility work orders and technology related issues.
The form is also available in the footer of any webpage on the UMSON website.
In the near future, when you log into your desktop computer the link will be available on the tile menu (see image).
Faculty and Staff can still submit requests via help@umaryland.edu or 6-HELP, but the form is recommended.
Students will continue with requesting help by contacting help@umaryland.edu or 6-HELP.
