A huge THANK YOU to UMSON staff, faculty, students, and alumnae who participated in the Hooked on Helping service project organized by the Staff Council Community Engagement Workgroup.
Through this initiatve, 350 knit and crochet hats were collected and donated to Mercy Medical Center's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), and Pediatric Unit on Dec. 17. This represents more than 400 service hours dedicated to hat-making!
The Hooked on Helping project was highlighted by WBAL.
