For the second year in a row, the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) has exceeded its Maryland Charity Campaign (MCC) fundraising goal set for us by the Office of the Secretary of State. As reported last week by UMB President Bruce E. Jarrell, MD, FACS, our campus community truly embraced the One Family One Home #MDInThisTogether theme, raising more than $161,448. Thank you to the 246 generous faculty and staff members who participated and helped make our community stronger with their MCC gifts.
