The new UMB Payment Card Policy: Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards has been approved, effective Feb. 10, 2021. This policy was developed to prevent disclosure of cardholder data and other sensitive information by complying with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards and federal and state laws related to securing personal information.
In addition, the UMB Procedure on Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards Compliance and Payment Card Transactions establishes procedures for the security and protection of cardholder data, in compliance with the UMB Payment Card Policy: Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards.
