The UMB Campus Climate for Diversity Survey is a powerful tool that helps us understand how students experience the same university in vastly different ways. It helps us learn what we are doing well and where improvements are needed while creating a benchmark for the future.
The 2018 survey results prompted many discussions and action items related to increasing diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice on campus. With the launch of this year’s survey, we are hopeful that the data and voices of UMB students will continue to guide our comprehensive plan for the continuous improvement of the campus climate for everyone.
The survey is open through March 15, 2020. Current UMB students are eligible to win a Beats product, a portable power station, or a Hidrate water bottle.
