Registration is open for UMB’s faculty and staff step challenge — first come, first served. Get started by downloading the MoveSpring app so your steps will start counting Oct. 14 until Nov. 27. All instructions are included on the webpage.
Kick off the challenge Oct. 14 at the School of Nursing Lawn. Walk with Lexi, the University's comfort K-9 dog. The first 100 attendees will get a free T-shirt, and there will be other giveaways and activities!
